I am not totally convinced about taking extra vitamins.
There has been some stuff in the news lately about people taking too much vitamin supplements.
If they’re taken in response to a diagnosed deficiency, then OK – but putting oneself on vitamins is not a good idea.
Yes a lot of extra vitamins don’t do anything and if you don’t need them are such a waste.
There is not a lot to choose from this month.
