Why become a member?
Anyone is welcome to use beautyheaven without signing in, but there are incredible advantages when you’re a member.
When logged in as a member, you can:
- Review products listed on this site
- Earn points to swap for free beauty products
- Swap tips, news and advice with other members in the forum
- Comment on articles
- Access member-only competitions
- Apply to be part of our famous Trial Team and take part in exclusive product trials
How do I become a member?
At the top of every page, you’ll see ‘Join’ link in the navy blue bar. Click on it and sign up – too easy!
Who reviews products on beautyheaven?
Members of the beautyheaven community are responsible for the reviews on the site. You may also see a few from the bh staff who have reviewed the products they’ve tested.
How do I find products to review?
Either click on ‘Product Reviews’ on the blue bar at the top of the homepage, click on ‘All Brands’, or scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the brand A-Z. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search for products.
What if the product I want to review isn’t listed here?
Not all beauty brands are listed on beautyheaven, but we’re working on getting as many up there as possible! If you want to see a particular brand on the site, drop us an email via our contact page.
How do I post a review?
First, find the product you want to review. Under the product image, you’ll see a button that says ‘Write a review’. Once you click on it, you’ll be directed to a form where you can fill in your review, including the star rating and whether or not you recommend the product. Hit ‘Submit my review’ once you’re done – it will take a few days for us to approve the review and for you to receive your points.
Where can I buy the products on beautyheaven?
Unfortunately, beautyheaven is not an online store, so you can’t make direct purchases. However, under most products you will spot a ‘buy’ link, which will direct you to an official Australian distributor for that brand. beautyheaven only works with official distributors in order to ensure the products you purchase are genuine.
If there is no ‘buy’ button next to the product that you want, we also list stockist number/details or web address right below the main product image.
How do I post in the forums?
To post a new forum thread, click on ‘Forum’ in the top right-hand menu. Navigate to a category that interests you and you’ll see a big button that says ‘Create a new topic’. Click on it and you’re good to go!
What is the Trial Team?
Members of the Trial Team are sent products to trial and review for free. Products sent are based on their beauty profile preferences.
