Scroll down and you`ll see all the recent winners. I think the date just represents when the article/page was first listed, but it does get updated regularly but the date never changes.
the competition page has been updated in recent weeks with winners of various comps. I think the date of October has been showing for a while. If you are lucky enough to become a winner you will also be notified by BH via email. good luck 🙂
