white pimples?

I often get these around my chin area but I don’t know what they’re called. They’re just lumps of oil, right? They’re small, white and pimple-like and I’ve the urge to squeeze them!

I have these on my chin area as well. Mine are tiny pimples and I believe they are hormonal. They don`t come and go though but I never had them up until a couple of months ago. I will eventually have to get help because I used to have really clear skin 🙁

I think these may actually be Milia (AKA whiteheads – not to be confused with pus filled pimples) They are formed when keratin debris is trapped in the skin and can`t get out as there is no pore/surface opening. Although they are more common on the cheekbones and and under the eye (I actually have a small one on my eyelid) If you can squeeze them and something is coming out of them they are probably just pimples/pustules. But you really shouldn`t squeeze them as you can make them worse and cause infection. I`d probably get down to a beauty therapist and get them to have a look, and like G69 said without seeing your skin it is hard to tell what they are.

It is both, because they are under the skin, it is probably better to go to a Salon (beauty therapist) and get them to treat them professionally, dont touch them yourself asyou could end up scarring.
Sometimes is could be eating to much dairy food, not drinking enough fluid to flush your system out (and I dont mean drinking coke either, its bad for the skin as it has too much sugar in it and can do all sorts of things to the skin, especially if you have skin problems already, lucky for those who dont) hormones ect ect
You would have to go have a profile/assessment done at the salon and get them to determine the solution.
It is a bit hard not actually looking at your skin.(myself)

Gemini69, how di I treat and prevent these? Just treat them like pimples?
What causes them, too much oil or clogged pores?
