GOLD COAST

I’m from a little town out of brisbane called Dayboro, but have been living a little south of perth for 2 years now, as my fiance is in the navy & this is his current posting. But we love it here especially in summer. & the beaches are amazinggggg 🙂

I’m on the Central Coast NSW at The Entrance. I’ve lived on the coast for 27 years, before that I grew up in Kelso, Bathurst.

I live in Adelaide.
Lived the first 20 years on Yorke Peninsula in a small town across the road from the beach.

I’m way up in Far North QLD, little town called Atherton =)

I know Atherton very well, I use to live in Ravenshoe for about 12 years, now I live in Innisfail back down on the coast, was born and bred in Cairns though, and have lived up in this heat and humidity my whole life, haha, except the 7 months I ventured over to the US when I was 17 and finished highshcool talk about climate shock, haha, it was snowing over there that year 🙂

Oh lovely Melmeko nice too know theres someone else on BH from way up here in FNQ lol. Its a nice place, I grew up in Victoria but been up here for 12 years now. Being 21 though I am keen to move soon and explore some more of the country. =)

LOL sure of it, I was living up there all through my 20’s and I use to head to the coast at every chance I got for a bit of night life, lol, while I love the quiet laid back lifestyle it would have probably been more suited to me now, rather than when I was experiencing my raging party years, haha 🙂

Haha no kidding. Atherton is definately not the most raging party destination. As it happens tonight is what we call ‘3rd Friday’ – the ONLY one night in the month that is actually a good night out.. (though pubs still close at 2am lol) =)

I know I never could understand that 2am shut down, even here in Innisfail, another one of the slackest towns, lol, there is still a nightclub that closes at 4am, haha. I even think one of the pubs closes at about 3am 😉

I live in Moama, just across the border from Echuca.

I visited Atherton last year with my hubby for work. It is absolutely beautiful. I love it. Not too hot and not too cold and the people there are so friendly.
