Short haircuts

i think short hair would look funky and proportioned.
but it depends on each person

I had long hair all my life, and then cut it really short; a little croppy, styled top and sides parted almost like a bob though spiky at the back doo i have an oval face, so i can get away with alot and the change suited me. It depends on your features mainly. if you have highly dominant eyes this could be a great opt as it brings out the more simpler features. Though shorter cuts lengthen you neck so it adds length to short and tall people. In my case it did make me look thinner also as my hair has a little bit of a wave to it at times and i hav alot of hair so it bulks.

it depends a lot on the shape of your face. If you have a really round face it can make it look worse but then again with some people it can make it look better..Its hard to know

It would depend on their personal head size and shape and body size and shape. You would have to take an individual assessment of yourself – or let a very experienced and trustworthy hairdresser give you their opinion.

I`ve ALWAYS had long hair and really hanging for a change but its so hard to know whether it could suit me. I dont know what id do if i got the cut, probably be very light-headed lol

I hear different from different people, so I thought I`d post this query. I guess it can make your face look more round, and depending on how you style it it can make you appear taller if it`s boofed up.

I`ve always found short cuts to make people look taller, but then a lot of tall people have long hair. Look at the magazines.

It depends on the style and shape of your face too. Really long shapeless hair can make shorter people look shorter, but I think if you have a really round face you need a cut to off set that still.
Maybe ask the BH experts, i wish their salons were in brisvegas.
