if they a white they a probably milk pimples if its a red rash around his mouth a goldilox said it could be because of what you have eaten if your concerned you should see your GP good luck
sometimes if you are breast feeding it can be some of the junk you have eaten. I ate a generous amount of chocolate overa week and my bub got some wicked milk spots because of it.
when my baby was younger she had a pimple rash all over her face and neck and I was told that it was hormonal and would go away on it`s own and not to put anything on it. if you are concerned I`d go to your MHN as Glitter Girl mentioned.
If they`re little white ones they are probably `milk spots` they are fine and will go away on their own – don`t pick at them though, you could cause an infection. If you are worried about them go see your maternal and child health nurse.
