I know it might not be everyones cup of tea, but I thought it would be fun if we shared all our tips on how we deal with them! Because the best feeling for me is when the panadol and hot water bottle finally kicls in!
Yes there has been a thread on here about it recently hun. I used to have it real bad, painful and feeling like crap and it used to last for two weeks. I since changed my diet, exercising more, eating more fruit and veg and taking a vitamin tablet with a mega B suppliment everyday as well as a combo of evening primrose and fish oil. I now feel alot better, the duration is less(thank god), i still feel pain and cramps but no where near how it was.
