Get a cotton ball, dab a bit of Metho on it, then dab it on your skin. Old time remedy that works!

rubbing vicks vapor rub on the bite can take the itch away. also, if u need a fast treatment rub a dry cake of soap on the bite until it stops itching. this will last for about an hour

Stop-itch. For any sort of bite its the only one I use! I think its available in most chemists. I swear by it. It soothes the bite, reduces redness, STOPS ITCHING and is great for kids.

You could try using a topical corticosteroid cream, like Dermaid – it will help to reduce the swelling and take down the itch. It is only suitable for short-term use, and should always be used sparingly, but it is fantastic for a whole host of different problems from bites through to sunburn and rashes of all sorts. Ask your local pharmacist – there are stacks of things to try, but this one is definitely my favourite.

This is going to sound crazy, I know, but I swear by this. For really annoying mozzie bite itches, put a drop of hot wax on top and after a little sting the itch stops. Be careful though, don`t burn yourself! I usually have a candle on standby and then I dunk my finger in cold water (so it doesn`t hurt), dip the tip of it into the wax and poke the wax onto the bite. Make sure you don`t burn the rest of your skin, or this so wasn`t my idea! 😛

Paw paw ointment is good too and it has similar properties to aloe vera jell. Going to try the onion cure next time!

TRY THE NEW MOSQUITO -CLICK YOU CAN GET IT FROM PRICELINE AND MOST PHARMACIES. IT REALLY WORKS, IT GENERATES LIKE A ELECTRICAL CURRENT AND BREAKS DOWN THE POISON AND STOPS ITCHINESS IN ABOUT 1 MIONUTE.
