Lush cosmetics hacked

I last shopped with them almost a year ago, but nothing untoward has so far appeared on my statement. Poor Lush 🙁

I was looking at their site and wanting to buy heaps over the Chrissie holidays but I couldn’t choose. Then I was told there was a Lush at Erina Fair, so I decided to go in and have a smell of everything myself to help me choose. I’m glad I decided to go in instead of buying online. That’s a worry because I love to buy online, it’s so convenient.

Its a really bad situation especially since a similar think happened just before the Aust/NZ site was hacked to their UK site…..

I heard a radio interview about this unfortunate situation. The GM of Lush admitted that it was wrong to store credit card numbers on the website. An investigation is underway. So hope noone suffers as a result of this foolishness. x

Thats so stupid that they store card numbers on the websites
I hope if anyone lost any money lush should be responsible and pay them back.

nNow im going delete all accounts with websites i buy off just incase

Yes I got the email 🙁 I have to say I am quite disappointed with Lush I now have to fork out for a replacement fee for my only card (so I will be left without access to money for a few days most likely)

I feel so sorry for Lush. I am glad that I have never made a purchase from them but its sad to see that an Australian company got hacked. We need more of them not less of them.
