HELP WITH WHAT IS GOOD FOOD SUPPRESSOR

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP WITH OVER EATING SYNDROME, OVER WEIGHT NEED HELP WITH A PERFECT SUPPRESSOR WITHOUT SIDE AFFECTS.

    Do anything fun to distract yourself, especially Tina Cats` advice! But I agree with drinking water if you think you`re hungry. Go for a short walk if you think about food during a non-meal time and dance to your fav music.

    Actually I think a romp with your partner is an excellent food suppressor.Not only are you left feeling tired ,food is the last thing on my mind. Also,its a quick wake up call seeing your self naked with an extra flabby bits!!

    There`s a toothpaste by whiteglow that is an appitite suppressor,you can find it at your local supermarket in the normal toothpaste aisle.But I suggest healthy eating & exercise.

    Yes indeed, drink lots of water! Everyone is looking for a quick fix but the truth is that it all just comes down to basic commonsense, healthy diet, only a few treats and get moving. Boost your fibre because it really does fill you up for longer, even get some of those Metamucil capsules. Even if you`re having vegies at dinner, have a salad as well, just make sure you have a low/no fat dressing. Some afternoons I will have 2 apples as a snack and by dinner time I`m still so full I can`t eat a thing! Beauty Obsession, you sound very similar to me with your suggestions, my fave thing to do if I think I`m hungry is to first have a huge drink of water followed by a nice hot cup of tea! 🙂

    most of the time your body is tricked into thinking it is hungry when in fact it is thirsty. so the next time you feel the urge to eat something you will regret later perhaps pour yourself a large glass of water or make yourself a nice cup of hot tea. the key is to have everything in moderation and don`t deprive yourself (still have a little bit of chocolate but don`t go overboard :)). If you are eating out of boredom I`d do what Bee suggested and try to do something to occupy yourself whether it be paint your nails, read a magazine or go for a walk.
