Maybe BH just don’t like us beauties advertising items for sale on Ebay. I mean if someone was looking for something, they’d be looking on Ebay and not on BH. I think it’s different then the product swaps, as they’re all dealt with inside BH and nobody gains financially from it.

Mm, but as some have said in this thread, they have seen/ put up their own ebay links before. And right now MML has a thread devoted to selling (not swapping) some products, and that hasn’t been deleted.

Im selling stuff will be deleted tomorrow but im not advertising anything like ebay maybe thats why

Most likely either someone posted something offensive on the thread or the fact that BH is closely associated to Orly who sell the mentioned products being sold on their website as new???

I also noticed that the thread was locked part way through the day, but I don’t think that there had been any responses to it at the time.

I doubt that anybody would have reported it. I’m wondering whether it was because you were advertising partly used products. I don’t really know.

Hrm. Thats weird. I’d doubt that anyone would have reported it… I’d say while the admin were browsing the forums (which they seem to do alot these days) they decided to delete it for some reason. ((shrug)) who knows!

The only reasons I could think of would be advertsing (though unlikely as other ladies have put ebay links up in the past…) or maybe because of their affiliation with orly? No idea. Like Mel said, maybe someone posted something inappropriate? but if that was the case I’m sure they would have just deleted that post … Sorry. Wish I could help more… Weird

This morning, the post was still there but had the symbol of a lock next to it. It seems to have been deleted this afternoon. No idea why. Your post has not been deleted from the swap thread, has it?

Sounds to me if it were locked then there must have been something offensive posted in the thread, this could have happened last night I guess??
