I sooo wish I could sew, my hubby bought me a machine some years back and I am not very good taking lessons proved uneventful with the class I attended so I gave up. Tried to teach myself as it has all the whizz bang thingey`s although I`m better at taking things in now I know what the stitches are used for.
I bought a pattern and some gorgeous stretch material thinking it would be easy, well cutting out the pattern and tacking was but when I pulled the material the stitches looked so not good I have put the machine away for now anyway!
Our party was fantabulous my hubby took the door prize much to the shock of many girls. The only hitch I had was applying my fake eyelashes my own long lashes got in the way and after reading an article on them today am now going be the expertise lol….they were blue with diamantes on the end and won compliments throughout the night that my eyes popped even more thanks to my green contacts that I just love.
I have grey, blue and green that work best on my eye colour and sooooo easy to pop in and out.
I luurv the idea of a kaftan TMc although was unable to find one when looking all the same can see our style will be put to good use in the future!!
