Beauty Heaven Glossary

don`t be ashamed flutter. hahaha,
i sometimes read Cosmo and god forbid Cleo. I really only buy them when there are lots of articles on pretty shiny makeup and clothes (new season stuff).
i have to admit though that i got the August issue of cosmo and was really disappointed. It seemed more like Dolly magazine (read it when i was a teen) had some really crass writing and wasn`t full of as much of the makeup and tips it used to have.
maybe it was just this issue.

Have you signed the petition on the Safe Cosmetics and Skincare? If we get the regulation for the US then Australia will most likely follow suit.

This is off the topic but thank you Beauty Obsession I can now come out of the closet I too read cosmopolitan. I just started a subscription and hadn`t read the magazine since I was in my teens now am reading it again. No wait I buy it for the advertisements of beauty products. All jokes aside I do focus a lot on the advertising of a product to learn and helps me in other ways of my life.

I just discovered a site which is mentioned in the latest Cosmo mag. It`s called http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com it lists various ingredients and what they are and there potential hazards. Thought some of you may find this helpful 🙂

I haven`t even checked out the glossary yet. Didn`t even realise it was there. I`m going to check it out right now.

The glossary is very helpful but I`d like to see more ingredients in there and any alternative names for the existing ones.

It certainly helps with understanding what all the chemically words actually mean! And since the words get used by Articles now and then it`s a great way to memorise them.
