April Competition
Hi Team. Needs some help please. When trying to answer all the questions for the April ‘Win everything on Trail’. I’m unable to get past Question 16. It just stops and I’m not able to scroll to the rest of the questions and entry details.
Any help on this one would be much appreciated.

Hi there,
I think there are two separate issues here. The first issue was that last week some of you couldn’t click through to the product reviews pages (i.e. in the case of Dr Lewinn’s and Simple). This has now been fixed so please let me know if you still have an issue accessing the product reviews for any brands.The second issue is with the actual competition page. Some people seem to be having trouble scrolling within the page. If you’ve experienced trouble with this please can you tell me:
1. what computer you’re using (pc, mac, laptop, iPhone)
2. what browser (i.e. safari, firefox, IE)
3. what versionThis info will really help me to identify the problem and get it fixed.
Thanks so much for your help on this. Hopefully we’ll get everything working in time for next month’s ‘win everything’ comp.

Oh well looks like I missed out on entering the April comp. So not fair, I did all the questions except the three that I couldnt access now when I just checked again to see if I can get into the reviews it says the April comp is not active. Thats really disappointing. Oh well, I probably wouldnt have won anyway. Stupid computer.

Um, you know the blue line to the right of the questions you can see? Well press down hard on that with your mouse and scroll down the blue line. If you want to go up to the questions, do the same thing but at the top of the blue line. Same with bottom questions. I don’t know if it makes sense but try it and hopefully it works. 🙂

I have Internet Explorer 7 and when I click to do the comp…all I get is the top page showing the Dove Make-up Remover. The rest of the page is blank. The problem only started since the masthead was changed. Really weird.
So at the moment I can’t even do the competition.

Thanks for getting back to me Leanne. I have tried to complete the April survey again but still cant access the reviews for Q1,12 &18 which are two for Dr Lewinn and one for Simple. I can get onto the product page and whenever I click to read a review it comes back with a blank page. I have tried accessing them all by just clicking into the product itself but still get a blank page.
I tried accessing them by the links you gave me but the same problem occurred. I have checked my laptop and made sure the site isnt blocked and all seems good there. Hope you can help me because I really want to enter the comp and have done all the other answers barr these three.
I am using a Toshiba laptop with Vista and internet explorer 7.

Hi there,
Can I ask that when you are having techie issues can you let us know what computer you’re using (pc or mac) and what browser and version (i.e. Firefox v 4 / Internet Explorer 6).
