What Exercise Did You Do Today?
I don’t like hearing ‘I don’t have time to exercise’….. In fact, I HATE it – thats a load of poop! Your health is invaluable. As a nation with the highest obesity rate, I hope people become more educated with the importance of being healthy. Exercise is not just to get thin, it’s about treating your body well and getting the maximum out of life. Exercise is not simply for losing weight, it should be a part of your routine. So, what exercise did you get in today?
Thursday is my big cardio day…. I Did a X Train class which is a combo of weights and cardio on a circuit, then I did a 45 minute spin class. Absolutely stuffed, but feeling great!
What did you get up to? Do you like to work out outside, at a gym, with a pt, with a friend, at home?
