What Exercise Did You Do Today?

I don’t like hearing ‘I don’t have time to exercise’….. In fact, I HATE it – thats a load of poop! Your health is invaluable. As a nation with the highest obesity rate, I hope people become more educated with the importance of being healthy. Exercise is not just to get thin, it’s about treating your body well and getting the maximum out of life. Exercise is not simply for losing weight, it should be a part of your routine. So, what exercise did you get in today?
Thursday is my big cardio day…. I Did a X Train class which is a combo of weights and cardio on a circuit, then I did a 45 minute spin class. Absolutely stuffed, but feeling great!
What did you get up to? Do you like to work out outside, at a gym, with a pt, with a friend, at home?

    As I’m trying to lose weight, I started running every day. But having read this article https://betterme.world/articles/running-on-leg-day/ I understood that it wasn’t a wise decision. So, I decided to combine running with other workouts. Today I didn’t go running and did a moderate workout at home to let my body rest a little.

    I’ve walked 6km today and about to do a weights workout at home.

    Exercise is really important to me, it boosts my mood, makes me feel like I can achieve anything and I love to have a functional body. I’m grateful for still having the fitness to do everything I want to do in life and I know future me will be so pleased that I took care of my health earlier in life.

    I went for a walk this morning 80 minutes, 8km. I used to do this every day in summer but now its winter only do this on the weekend.

    i went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the cross trainer and then did 15 minutes on the bike ,it was great taylor swift was on the ellen generous show so that was fun to watch .i also walked every where like from bus stop to home u feel so healthy after wards but sweat annoys me when its hot

    I`m definitely feeling it today, but that`s a good thing because it means I did a good session.
    I`ll be back there again tomorrow and Saturday to continue the beginning of my fitness journey!

    That`s great Kamillyon! For me the hardest thing about exercise is getting back into once I have had some time off. If I have done it for a few days straight then I really start to like it and it becomes so much easier to fit into my life.

    Last year I was doing a Jillian Michaels workout at home each day in the morning to get me going. This year my exercise has been running to the bathroom with morning sickness 🙁 Today (for the first time in many, many weeks), I tackled the lawn. 1 hour mowing the lawn definitely counts as exercise I think ;D

    I go for a brisk 1 hour walk each morning and carry around stacks of textbooks each day, i reckon that should count as weights haha 🙂
