What do you eat after weight loss surgery?
I’m considering weight loss surgery. What does one eat after a surgery? Could I just follow the same diet (without the surgery) and get the same results?

Would you two stop this! Beviis, we know that you`ve been advertising for for the same company that barbarwood is now advertising for, we`re not stupid. You`re obviously only creating these posts to advertise. If you want to advertise on this site, contact Beauty Heaven and pay for the advertising like everyone else has to.

The fact that you used to starve yourself for months might just be the problem. Whenever you suddenly start eating less, your body`s metabolism adjusts to compensate for the caloric energy loss. The result is that your body becomes very stingy and burns fat less efficiently. So whenever you go back on your regular diet schedule, you will end up gaining weight. The key is to keep a positive mindset and continue what you`re doing now. You can do it.

If you have weight loss surgery then continue to eat how you did before the surgery you are enhancing the risk of ending up an unhealthy weight again! that`s if you led an unhealthy lifestyle of crips and chocolate and all of those bad foods before you had surgery. What kind of surgery are you having? Lapband? If so obviously you will be eating less and smaller portions because our stomac is smaller. But after any surgery your diet should be healthy with treats here and there. Because then as well as being smller you willl actually be healthier, you will have a better mood and be a lot healthier all round if you make your diet healthy. I hpope that helps, i cant really say anything else as i dont know your cirumstances and am not a doctor or nutritionist or anything! Lol
