What could it be?

For the last 3-4 days I have been experiencing really bad cramping (almost feels like period pain) and diahorria. My stomach feels like its somewhat bloated and can be quiet tender at times if I push on it. Has anyone had this or know what it could be?

I get that occassionally after i eat junkfood. You might find that if you usually eat healthy then you eat junkfood this happens.. well to me anyway? It`s grossly uncomfortable and so not worth the 5 minute junkfood fix.

I`ve been having these stabbing kinda pains in my stomach for a few years now. I saw a doctor but he said it was `reflux`? I dont think reflux is in your actual stomach, stomach. But its the first time with the other symptoms.

I had this but it was only for 48 hours I am positive I had food poisoning, but I`m with Billywig nost of these things only last for 24-48 hours I would definatley see a doctor. Good luck, hope you are feeling better soon 🙂

    hey bella boo,

this could be a number of things, if it has been going on 3-4 days you probably should be checked out by a doctor as most `bugs` and virus last only 24-48 hrs

    other symptoms to watch:
is the diarrohea worse after you have eaten?
    any fever or headaches?
    any blood in the stool?

could be as mentioned an intolerance, though you probably would have had symptoms before now.
it could be an infection of the gut, such as giardia, which would need antibiotics.

i`d suggest to see a doctor, so that then you`ll know for sure.

    xx

I used to get this from time to time and found out I was gluten intolerant. The symptoms were recurring though for me, have you had this before? They say 1 in 4 women is gluten intolerant. Hopefully you just have a bug that will pass quickly. Hope you feel better 🙂
