We’re having a TWISTER!! & other strange weather you may be having!

Oky Doky – now it’s my town’s turn – we had a ‘twister’ (tornado thingy) this morning just off our coast in NSW!! Lot’s of heavy rain, hail and winds!!

Since this is the year for bizarre weather I thought I’d start a thread on it so we can all share our current odd weather/climate experiences.

Think I live near you…. I read about the twister, near me and then crazy storms! And all the rain dowpours… Very cold today! Yucko! I’m close to wyong, no hail….

Softness, glad to hear you are okay. I saw a photo of it on TV before it hit the coast and it looked incredible. x

Hope you are okay. Well i want to complain about the weather here, it is sooooooooooo cold and grey, it has been lke this for weeks, sooooo over this misrable weather. Im in Victoria.

Yes DG – everyone is fine – just had to delay driving out to Wyong from Gosford though so it set my day back a bit that’s all! Had to avoid that hail!! : )

When I did get to Wyong the lady I spoke to there said that all they had was the heavy rain, but no hail.

Yeah Mistead – you would’ve noticed the wild weather too where you are. I know what you mean about not wanting to leave the house!

I read about that, very scary! It’s been bucketing down here since early morning (North Sydney) so both me and my bf’s mum called in sick. It’s one of those days where the last thing you want to do is leave the house. Plus I have a sore throat and am losing my voice.

OMG, I hope you are OK Softness. That sounds dreadful 🙁
It won’t stop raining in Sydney, I hope it stops soon 🙁
