weight loss 30days

just wondering if anyone has tried the weight loss tablets called 30days, that claims to increase metabolism and detox of ‘bad’ bacteria. I am looking for something to use in conjunction with going to the gym to boost my metabolism and give me a helping hand in weight reduction. Any recomendations?? or reviews of 30days??

    I have never heard about this pills. First of all, read reviews about them or it would be better if you ask a doctor for help. He or she can give you an advice how to lose weight.

    i think weight loss tablets is not right choice to loss weight fast, there may many side effects of weight loss tablets. we have to constraint on our good diet that keep us fit and healthy and we have to do some exercise daily. exercise keep us away from many illness and stay us fit and healthy.

    On first glance, don’t do it!! It doesn’t sound healthy or natural!
    I lost around 10kg in a few months and all I did was eat less and this doesn’t mean I didn’t eat chocolate or ice cream I just ate less and participated in exercise with friends

    I think the only way to loose weight is stop eating sugar and food containing sugars, just go back to basics. No sauces, brown rice etc and a little bit of exercise and you should be on your way

    Hi,
    I have tried every pill/diet and they may work temporary but more often than not you put the weight back on and more. I’m on a forum called ditch the diet where I’ve lost 11 kilos and haven’t even counted my calories, they personalise your program and it’s all about healthy eating at the right times, no diets so I’d highly recommend that over pills any day =)

    Along with going to gym prefer taking low calorie diet and low carb diet.

    I’d suggest just clean eating and exercise. Weight loss is 80% eating and 20% exercise. If you’re finding exercise kind of boring, you should try pilates. There are free pilates videos on youtube and I do them everyday and I’m close to having abs! So check out blogilates and blogilatestv (it’s the same instructor but two separate channels).

    I haven’t tried weight loss pills that curb your appetite or absorb fat etc because I have heard too many horror stories.
    I have however done the quick cleanse several times and feel great after woods. You probably only lose water the week you are on it but it’s great to get you back into the swing of things if you need a kick start

    I completely agree with the quote below.
    It’s tempting sometimes to take something that triggers weight loss at a rapid rate. But these weight loss pills usually contain chemicals equal or near to illicit drugs. For examples, the weight loss pills on the market today have chemical combinations similar to speed. Wonder why junkies lose weight quickly?
    To supress your apetite is a dangerous thing. I know friends who have taken weight loss pills, and wondered why they are losing weight fast but their tummy is still big. It’s because they didnt exercise or change nutrition and their body is getting confused signals.

    You can tell I strongly advise against these things. Even though I have been tempted to take them myself. I have seen the side effects and watched the girls emotional states move up and down.

    If you are going to take weight loss pills, speak to a GP. Then, seek nutritional advise. Never take these things longer than what is recommended. Always supplement what is going out of your body with water water water and fresh fruit and veg. Long term use will see quite edgy. And please exercise.

    I dont really believe in any pills now.. try some few years back, not only they didn’t work, costed me so much $$$. I ended up put on 15kg. Please go and see someone professional, take a blood test if need be. Because everyone’s body is different, dont use yourself as a test rat to find out. I hate exercise too, i just try to do once a week. It helps… and eat more fresh fruit+vegie, read labels when you shop. almost 1 year now, I lost 3kg. I know its very slow, but this way it’s better for me. Im too important. Like you are as well.
