I bought one from this company, they are Australian owned.
My parter bought a hoverboard from them and I spotted this in their office and asked to have a go! I have been using it with my regular workouts, I usually follow a 20min a day short routine. I have definitely noticed a difference using the Vibration Platform.
This company sent me a free workout plan and meal plan about a week after I got my plate too! https://www.goodvibesaustralia.com/

Yes wildroses, whole body vibration plates do work to tone your body muscles and gives balance to body. And also strengthens the weak bones. It reduces the excess fat and keep you trim, if you spent just 15 minutes to use these vibration plates.

I swear by the vibration machine and it does work HOWEVER whoever states that you just stand on it for 10 mins to see results is absolutely WRONG! You are actually performing exercises on the machine which targets muscles in a different way. I do different types of exercises on my machine for 20 mins a day and yes it is equivalent to an hour and a half of working out. Take a look a this video in regards to exercising on the vibration plate and as you can see you don`t just stand on there LOL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SYl_uFyIpE

I knew it was too good to be true!!! I agree what you girls say, no pain, no gain. it sounds okay to help tone you up but i don`t think im about to go out there and buy one. good old fashioned sweaty exercise sounds like it`ll do the trick! lol

sounds good from the sounds of Tracey`s and BardotsBeauty`s experience. I assumed that it was used in place of high impact exercise so was a little sceptical on it`s performance.

I have used this at the Pilates studio that I attend. There are various brands out there and some are not very good while the more expensive ones used by pilates studio`s are great. After a workout we sit on the plate and it vibrates (quite an interesting experience) for about 3 mins. This helps stimulate the cellulite around our bottom and thigh`s and tone, the one place we all hate.It is very good and effective and I would recommend it.But as always you still need to eat healthy and exercise to achieve great results.
