twitter question

on the facebook page yesterday BH wrote :
“Twitter Tuesday is picked at beautyheaven’s discretion, and Facebook Friday is the quickest. This is to help prevent the same people winning every time.”

i wish there was a comp they did like this where no one could see anyone elses answers though, it would be a lot fairer!

I feel a bit that way too StayC, but then when you see the millions of different answers people put, you can’t really be sure of the correct answer, I guess, unless you have found it yourself. Yesterday was my first attempt at Twitter, didn’t really love it though:(

Completely unrelated (sort of) – why isn’t FF run on Facebook anymore? It’s really just a comp now that is linked to Facebook….

LOL goddessmagick I didn’t realise that either so silly me has been searching left right and centre for possibilities when I could have just copied everyone elses =D

I think it should be first correct answer in that case as some of us put a lot of effort into searching, I’m actually a bit annoyed now that I’ve learned that. This is the only time I use twitter so I really don’t know much about it either.

no way! So when i tweet with @before name it goes to just that person to see but if I do #before name everyone can? This is like what AJIN was mentioning in the start of this thread then. Thanks for headsup 🙂

Easy as 123 when you see the #beautyheaven you click on that and it takes you to everyones replies. Thats how beauty heaven find all the answers to get the winner

I’ve won twice, Biore pore strips back in November which turned up yesterday =D and a GlamEyes liquid liner last week and I’m pretty sure they took all of the correct answers for the liner as they had more prizes than correct answers so they kept it running. Only two prizes this time and obviously quite a few of us got it right so I’m assuming it was random.

Wish they’d tell us somehow if we have it right because I got it really early but just kept guessing to be sure so kind of wasted an hour for nothing =(
There’s a notification if you enter the same thing twice, got it today, so wish there was a similar private notification if you’ve guessed correctly.

I just dont enter same with TT that was my first time in over a month.
A lot of people just copy everyones answers took me ages today to find a product but never got it right lol.

I believe they assign a number to the all the correct guesses and then randomly select the winner by using one of those random number generators. I think the first Twitter Tuesday was first correct ans wins but it’s not really fair if there is more than one prize so I think they’ve changed it to selecting a random winner to be more fair.
