My children are mixed race and I don`t want them growing up with the racial issues that haunt Australia`s past, hopefully we can all move forward now that America is leading the way.

I know i think there is a majorly increased chance of assasination because of his race, which is stupid and sad but true. I think pretty much all in the last centruy or so ( of american presidents) have had at least an assasination attempt on them! Gosh it would be a hectic job.

Humans think we are so clever but if we were there would be no racism or discrimation of any kind. I really think racism is so stupid because we are all Africans. Our Ancestors all come from Africa and the only reason we all look different is evolution due to climate. People with darker skin migrated to hotter climates, whiter skin colder climates. It`s so ridiculous. The same for religion. We must all come from the same God if we come from the same Ancestors.
I was 9 years old the first time I discovered there were even Aboriginals and even then thought racism was so ridiculous. Hopefully with the election of Barrack it`s the beginning of a new day.

Agreed style queen – no one should try and force their religious or any kind of view on someone else. It`s one thing to provide info – but another to harrass. Each to their own.

Oh yeas mixed races are very hot! I love the exotic looking guys 🙂 hehe. Religious discrimination is a bit starter for the wars. I dont mind religious people at all, i just get annoyed when people try to force their views onto me. you know the really persistent people who are always trying to convert peopl. I find it to be a bit forceful sometimes. Also hate the extremists of any religion. But i think people who judge others on their race or religion are just stupid. When i was about 12-15 i would constantly get harassed by i think it was mormens, always in the mall. I am not being mean to them but they would prey on younger teens because they thought we were more impressionable. those are the sort of people i dont like, not religious people in general i dont mind them at all they are just normal peopl!. just the few that are forceful.

While I think it is fantastic that Obama has been elected as the first ever African American President. It`s not something I`ve really thought much about since I heard the news. I`m not a huge fan of Americans in general and am embarrassed that this country relies on the US so much. The so called `Police of the World` have really made a right mess of things and it p***es me off that it effects me and my family here.
