This is such a lovely site isn`t it? Everyone`s so nice and supportive, it`s great.

Make sure you participate in things, go out with friends dancing, take your kids to the movies, have a day where you go window shopping on your own and try some things on, listen to music…loud, soft, pop, heavy metal…whatever your mood! Talk to people about how you feel and see your doctor.
I suffer anxiety and little things make me worried or nervous but I feel better now i have spoken out about it xx
