Tepezcohuite for skin

Just wondering if any of you beauties have ever heard of tepezcohuite soaps and creams. I stumbled across it this morning on ebay and had a look online and the reviews are pretty good!

I’ve never heard of this before but I do like non Western treatments so this caught my attention.
