substitute for clinique exfoliator

i used the clinique exfoliator before (no.2 i think) and it works great wonders to my skin. i can see lots of dirts coming off my face, unlike many other toners that i used
but atm im on a really tight budget on skincare products so anyone can recommend me a substitute for this exfoliator that works as effective?
