Got the series second-hand recently, haven`t checked it out yet. Wonder if anyone that used it when it first came out, is still using it? Looks like fun!

yeah they are pretty good but they are very low impact,fun though

I have those DVDs and they are HILARIOUS!!! They give you a decent low-impact workout as well… the only thing I don`t like is the is always getting the instructions wrong…

These souns like lots of fun! I like that you can do it in the comfort of your own home. I`ve been wanting to try pole dancing but am too shy 🙂
