Staying Active

Reading about the article on staying fit using the Wii, I was wondering how you all like to stay fit. I personally don’t like the idea of using the Wii to exercise, I prefer going out and playing team sports. What do you all like to do to stay (or get) active?

    I finally got my Ps (YAY) so I`ve been driving myself to the local fitness trail over the last few days, it will be interesting to see how long it lasts…

    The track is about 2km, I think… mainly up hill, with plenty of stairs. There is also some fitness equipment at the front, like exercise bikes, walking machines, steps… All free, which is a bonus.

    I have plans of going to the local pool tomorrow to do some laps, even bought a pair of new togs to wear as motivation.

    I hope this is not a phase…

    Good work guys, beauty_muskin69, my brother does the same thing, he lays on a mattress in front of the tv and does all these stretches and such. Keep going Allyfox and AliceJane – you guys can do it!

    At the moment, I`m only managing to do a 1-hour belly dance and yoga class once a week. We do half an hour of each most weeks.

    In the past, I used to walk about 8km every night. That helped me to get the weight off and improved the shape of my legs a lot, which made them look really good in high heels. 🙂

    I really need to get serious about getting more exercise because I`m now 85kg and I should be 65kg! 🙁
