Sorry… I need to vent

sooo frustrating…there is good and not so good in every industry and having played a role in hospitality some years back can say you would be horrified at some of the things employees and owners do. the mentality leaves me lost for words something that doesn`t often occur.
starting at the bottom and rising to management one soon learns what makes a business thrive or not so in this case and word of mouth travels quickly.
the employees are often under age, under qualified, under paid and sadly treated poorly bigger issues are dodging suppliers, health department and the taxman comes down to greed!!

i put myself in the shoes of a customer everywhere i have been employed and time and again find listening and taking responsibility for your actions is the key to surviving!! keeps customers happy and returning for years to come with a warm welcome and smile costs can boost business threefold.
regardless of where a business is located for any business to treat customers poorly is a sign of mismanagement at its best and before long the business will like many fold.

am sure many of us have experienced a not so good situation in customer service remember you have rights exercise them well without malice and you`ll find a positive than reactive outcome.

lol my day will be ok, i am not going to her place anyway, i will end up saying something that i regret and would like a nice xmas, even if i am alone.

Poor you barbwire! I am lucky, i lov everyone in my family, and family members boyfirnds or girlfriends family are all also really cool, so we dont have problems like that! I hope it isnt too unbearable for you on the day! What a way to ruin christmas. His family need to get over the fact he is grown up and has a fiance! Goodluck

LOL am posting a rant aswell, if you guys dont mind.

My fiance wicked sister has asked if `we` want to go to hers for xmas, lol and I am sure she knows I will say no. just grrrrrrrrrr makes me angry, she is such a b**** and I am not going to be a sheep and let your get away with it.( we stayed with her when we moved here to perth for a few months and made my life hell, and the whole family dont me as i have stolen my fiance away from them)
But now the fiance says he does not want to go alone, or without me, and he does not even like her, just has to be nice as she is sponsoring him for the residentsy and she is the type to do something that will make him not get it. Said he has to go for like a few hours and has to buys her brats something. 🙁

I can`t remember the last time i ate out and didn`t have a problem. Be it getting the order wrong or the food tasting funny, forgetting part of the order or being rude. It has been years since i had a 100% satisfied dining experience. It`s sad.

oh yeah i didnt think of that actually. it is fowl isnt it! i first laughed when hearinb but honestly it would be a rank experience.

I heard that too, but then they went on to say there wasn`t enough DNA evidence to determine from whom the excrement came from, they also said that it could be the womans DNA from when she spat out the “”ice cream””

Oh thats yucky. Actually speaking of the original topic this thread was about( the poo in the ice cream) I saw on the news tody tests revealed it was feaces from a female.

yup I heard about that, so disgusting! wouldn`t it have been pretty obvious though, hospitality band-aids are supposed to be fluoro, so you can tell immediately if it comes off. Makes me happy I make my own pizza (dough & all) now

Did anyone hear about the bandaid that was found in the pizza that some people got, the story was in `The Advertiser` newspaper today. eeew!
