Sleep problems

Heya all,
My son is 15 months and still wakes at least once almost every night, anyone else have this problem?
What is the solution?
Im slowly weaning him from breastfeeding, he is down to 2 feeds a day. Does this impact on his sleep, do you think?

My son who is 18 months next week has one good sleep at lunch time, thats what he has at Daycare too. The only time I give him a small sleep in the morning is if he is up at 5 or 5.30am then I usually get him to lay down for a while at about 7am or he gets too cranky by lunch time.
