My bf had it done in early August and is still regaining his strength back to his arm. He is taking it extra slow due to it being the second surgery to it in 12mth period. He went back to work too early on it last time and torn it again by throwing a thong at the cat! We had to start all over again.

My bf has had the surgery three times, each time he was in a sling for minimum six weeks, the only time his arm came out of the sling was to shower, after that it was a slow recovery, three to six months with intensive physio. Is it for you or someone else?

I don`t know exactly beauty_muskin69 but I think the minimum for surgery is usually 6 weeks. Some things take longer though. I guess it would be best to seek some medical advice on this one. 🙂
