Resonable eyeliner “brightener” for waterline

Hey all i have been looking for a reasonable priced eyeliner for the waterline that will help brighten up my eyes without looking too harsh. White eyeliner looks harsh, so i’m looking for a more toned down colour. Such as a peach, flesh coloured would be great! Although i only find these kind of coloured eyeliners in expensive brands. Any suggestions?

    In the past KnJ I`ve bought double-ended Rimmel pencils one of which was brown on one end and a peachy, nude on the other, don`t know if they still have them.

    im pretty sure you could find one at priceline…as iv found one from bourjoi. Its a peachy colour, and since im olive skin toned, i think it looks great. Although i haven`t found the colour from the collection, and hoping that its still there coz i love it!!
