I have combination skin, and I use that nivea oxygen power stuff for combination/normal skin. Although I doubt it is the oxygen in the product that is doing anything (seeing as it is in the air already) it works really well and makes my skin look really nice. It seems pretty gentle as well, so would probably be fine on your sensitive skin. =)

Hi Audrey Hepburn – I would have to disagree with more expensive is better. Having gone over many products ingredient list more expensive products are also full of chemicals and fillers. Not only have I tried many products from expensive to cheaper the best I found are certified organic. These products are the only ones on the Australian market that are regulated. To be certified they have to go through stringent testing whereas any manufacturer can put `organic` or `natural` or `pure` and it means nothing.

    Cheers

I have the exact same skin as you, misty.actually i just found out what my skin really is (combo-dry/dehydrated,oily t-zone) when i had a skin diagnosis at ella bache where im a student.now ive ordered the cleanser, treatment cream and moisturiser they used on me. and avoid anything from the super market,it is full of silicone, alcohol and other nasties.trust me, it is better to spend a bit more to ensure whats going on your skin is good and will actually help your skin, not make it worse

Misty, see your local Dermalogica salon/store where they can do a free 10minute Facemap, where they analyse all 14 zones of your skin and recommend products based on what your skin needs NOW to improve it for the future.
It is really too hard to recommend products without seeing your skin up close. xx

    Hi,

May I suggest you get face ampoules for your skin type and use it daily for ten days for a start, best with a handy face ultrasound machine. You will see very good result . Subsequently, you may use the face ampoules every alternate day or 3 times a week . The result is amazing. And the ampoules are really cheap and good as they are used in Spa and saloon.
It is only SGD2.00 a vial. Interested, please contact thunder3134@yahoo.com.sg

hi Misty, I use nutrimetics and think it is great. For combination skin, they have a few different types of skincare, it depends on what you are after. Whether it is just skincare, or anti-aging. For example, there is the Nutrimetics Light range, Hydrafinity, Restore medium set, Brighten, Comfort, and Clear. All of these can be used for combination skin.

Also what you could do if you have a David Jones or Myer, go to a cosmetic counter there and have them do a skin assessment with them, they have a check list of questions to ask to determine what your skin type is and to help solve any problems with the correct products, even if you`re unsure they usually keep samples so ask if they have some you could try first if you have sensitive skin. I don`t like Dr LeWinns , there nails products are good but I`m not a fan of there facial products.

Misty, I read your first post but didn`t have time to respond to it, and now I can`t really remember all that you said in it…and it`s gone!! Anyway, like Princess said we haven`t seen much of disturbedmind lately, she has a new job and is working long hours. You can contact Nutrimetics on their website and they will get your nearest consultant to contact you. Or you could get a bit more specific about your skin, what you want out of your skincare (anti-ageing etc), your age group and price range, and I am sure that the fabulous girls here will point you in the right direction!
