Red skin

I always have a red nose and cheeks and can see little red spider veins. I always wear foundation to cover this up, but is there anything that can be done to fix the problem instead of cover it up?

Vanessa39… how much of an area did that cover? I just have a couple of small areas on my legs that I`d love to have done. Are they gone permanantly? Or is there a possiblity they can come back?
Hope you come back and see this! 🙂

Yeah I`ve treated spider veins on my legs with laser – so worth it – it works! No mucking around with creams or wasting money on things that don`t work. That`s my style! I like to head straight for a solution! My sister has had this done on spider veins on her face and they disappeared 100% perfectly. Very good idea if you are really serious about getting rid of them as if they had never been there. (Regarding the cost – a session cost me $200 for about 15 minutes worth of the doctors time to laser spider veins on my legs. It may be similar for the face but I`m not sure).

No skin irritation, definately no dry skin, it is more oily than dry. Only minimal pimples, usually only around that certain time of the month. Just the red skin and little spider veins, mabey there is nothing to help with this, just cover up.

you may have a skin condition called rosacea. symptoms include:

Flushing and facial redness that may be intermittent and then become more persistent
    Dry skin
Bumps or pimples on the skin, either small and solid (papules) or pus-filled (pustules).
Red lines (telangiectasia) in the face caused by enlarged blood vessels.
Stinging or burning sensations that may be more noticeable when smiling, frowning, or squinting. Application of cleansers, cosmetics, or moisturizers may increase the irritation.
Nasal bumps (rhinophyma) or areas of skin thickening

you could go to your gp or chemist for more information. there are treatments available to keep it under control.

Is this redness also irritated? I would ask your GP first, then maybe he will refer you to a derm, but it is probably something really simple…
