Question about mineral foundation
My mineral foundation reveals bumps/blemishes on my face instead of giving me a smooth look. Does this mean that I need to wear a primer or concealer underneath it? Currently i’ve been moisturising beforehand and using a kabuki brush to apply the foundation. i though that would suffice, i’m trying to avoid the ‘heavy’ look/feel 🙁

I use the maybeline mineral makeup and i love it to bits! I just use moistrizer and let that sink in then concealer and finally i add the mineral hope that helps!

hey 🙂 just a quick question.
i just popped down to woolworths, like always checking out the makeup aisle. they had covergirl trublend micromineral foundation for $5!!! had to pick up some. so i took buff beige and natural beige, since they dont have testers i didnt know which was better. anyone tried this one? theres alot of mixed reviews.
also i ppicked up maybelline mineral liquid foundation, normally im sandy beige (matched perfectly in dream mousse range) but they didnt seem to have sandy beige, so i pick up nude 40 & pure beige 70, checked out the reviews here and everyone seems to love it. (at $5 too) anyone tried this shades?
i dont know if this was just my woolys or everywhere. but i would like opinion of the undertone shade and darkness if anyones tried 🙂
oh also there was a bronzer in 500 natural for $5, i didnt buy it because i wasnt sure. but at $5 im kicking my self. might head down there again maybe.oohh… where abouts are you from? I want to go down to that store…
ummm ill email you exactly if you want, lol. sydney somewhere 🙂

Yes, use a primer first and let it set first. I find if you apply the primer and then try and put on the MP right away it will make blotchy marks on your skin. Once I apply my primer I give it a good 30 seconds or stand infront of the fan for 10-20 sec. Good luck
