Price tag of Kiehls is shrinking!!!

Another brand shriking the prices is NARS! Yay! I don’t know the exact prices but pretty excited 🙂

DG where did you find out about NARS? Just want to see if its a huge price drop or a little

I agree – I shouldn’t complain about a price drop, but I can’t get excited about: Eyeshadow Duos – was $78, now $72… Better savings on some of the other products though, but still not enough to tempt me away from online.

This is great news….my thinking is that this is caused by numerous things, the dollar is one thing, but also the rise of online shopping, means that many beauty fanatics will simply purchase the brands overseas, even with shipping costs it is mostly worth it, also I think in general the comsumer is more conservative with their spending, and hence would be swapping to cheaper brands (many of which also are getting better), and all along the the ‘lux’ brands are suffering as many cannot justify buying them at normal RRP – hopefully more brands will follow, one can only hope!

Yeah, the body care is not reduced. It is only the skin care that is reduced. I went to DJs counter to ask about the oils.
The SA guy was busy looking in the mirror and picking his pimples (yuck!) and chatting with someone. He did not even pay attention to me when I went into the store. When I went upto him and asked him, he said in one phrase “only skin care is reduced” and did not even give a list of the new prices. Bad customer service!

That is awful DG… 🙁 what DJs was this at?!

Hi Shannon, I have had good experience with Kiehl’s so far too! I have been attended by another SA at the same counter and she is always very helpful and made me choose some good products.
This was at DJs in Sydney city at Westfield on Pitt street mall/Elizabeth Street.
