Possible Acne Solution…with a towel!

I came across this article just a few moments ago on reddit and after a read of it, I thought I would share it with the forum!

If you suffer from horrible acne and currently find it horribly untreatable, having tried almost everything, maybe you should give this a try (not trying to sell anything, this is a home remedy).

A towel a day keeps the Acne away!

    Thanks for the link Alice, some of the claims sound a bit outrageous (gone in a week?), but good hygeine and regular changing and washing of bed linen is a good start. A lot of acne is caused by internal issues (hormones etc) so no amount of external application of cream of face washing or clean linen will fix the problem, but I`m sure it would be of help in not increasing the problem.

    I think the protagonist is a young man by the sounds of it – I love some of the comments at the bottom of the article, however!
