Alison I used to use Exposed skincare products. It comes from the US. The only reason I stopped using it, is because I wanted anti-aging products. It really cleared up my skin, and was not harsh. http://www.exposedskincare.com/cgi-bin/category.cgi?category=basica&gclid=CNH-9-qchZ4CFRUwpAodl1mgrw

exactly Kay n Jay, people don`t always remember how skin reflects what we eat. so if you eat well, your skin will radiate and glow. Why else is it called a healthy glow? it`s cos we eat healthy!
this might be a bit dear but Priceline sometimes have great specials on them so wait until they`re on special. I find Skin Doctors products work really well in clearing up and maintaining skin.

I think a lot of woman and young teenagers seem to rely on products for their skin and even though i used a cleanser and etc. i found my skin never looked better if i haven`t eaten well or drank a lot of water. Whenever i drink lots of water my skin just looks fabulous, reminding you all that you can`t reply on products itself as eating well and being active makes a bigger impact on your skin than products.
But if there is a product i would suggest, i would suggest Kosmea as it is affordable and natural.
And to also mention i saw a Kosmea ad, i was quite excited that they are expanding to the TV. -

I would have to agree with Elmo, I have recently discovered that my skin was over exfoliated which caused my skin to become red and irritated. I thought I was doing a good thing by exfoliating but in fact manual exfoliation is not good for my sensitive skin. I was advised to use only chemical exfoliants now, as they are doing the same job without being so harsh on my skin.

Are you using the scrub and mask daily? If so, that`s too much! You shouldn`t be using a scrub more than 2 or 3 times a week (unless it`s super gentle and says you can use it daily – like my Dermalogica daily micro exofliant) – otherwise you will actually damage your skin from overscrubbing – which can make it oilier and more problematic. If you`re on a budget – i would be switching to something like Cetaphil – which has an oily skin range now, as a lot of Garnier and Clean & Clear etc can be very harsh on the skin.

Sounds like you need a new skincare regime. I personally had tried products like Clean and Clear and Garnier for years and years and it just made my oily skin breakout even more. I do have sensitive skin as well. I think a perfect option for you would be the new Dermalogica Clean Start range, perfect for young skin, and idea for acne prone skin. I can vouch for the brand as it has been wonderful for my skin, but it would be a good idea to visit a salon that sells Dermalogica and get them to do a skin analysis and pick out the best products for your regime 🙂
