Hey Wanting Beauty. In my early teens I had the same problem as you. Mine naturally went away with time, but I know now there are many beauty therapists who offer “”back facials”” specifically designed to target this problem. It might be worth looking into. Also, I have had several beauty therapists reccomend spending some time with your back in the sun/or a sunbed to “”dry out”” the pimples.

    Hey Wanting Beauty,

i get that sometimes too. i find that if i exfoliate and get rid of all the dead skin build up as well as cleansing it helps a lot!

What Elmo was saying about the shampoo is also a good point, i hadn`t though of that before, but it could be quite likely that its something thats effecting me coz i have to wash my hair pretty often and its long so i probaby do get shampoo all over my back!

    hope you find a solution,

    love Princess Pink xoxo

i used to have that too… i started wearing cotton more instead of synthetic materials to let my skin breath, and also try to keep it out of the sun and this can bring out pimples as well.

Wanting beauty – something that can be the cause of pimples on your back is having your shampoo/conditioner running down your back when you wash your hair, which can then clog your pores. When washes your hair make sure you lean your head back so that the product runs off straight to the ground. Also use your face cleanser on your back as well. Pink Diva`s dermalogica suggestions are also great – I have a travel size of the anti bac cleanser which I use on my back occasionally (not too often coz it is a bit drying for me).

    Hi there darling,
Vitamin E creams really help to reduce pigmentation and scarring so try that and for your pimples, I recommend Dermalogica`s Skin Clearing Wipes which are perfect for touching up on the go, after the gym or out at the beach, etc and also their Special Clearing Booster which is an intensive spot treatment 🙂
