Pimples on chin too often

Hi there,

I get pimples on my chin on a very regular basis. Otherwise, the skin in my face is fantastic. I do tend to touch my chin/lips very often out of a nervous habit and I assume that could be the reason but still maybe someone’s got an idea what I can do???

Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Mel

Drink lots of water, eat healthy food and stop worrying and stressing about it! =]

it`s really annoying by now. I haven`t touch my damn chin since more than a week now and they are still in the same spot. looking much better but they are still there. Ususally they should disappear but no, I got blackheads in those pimples now. It`s not fair.

    Any other ideas? help

Hey ladies, thanks so much for all your tips!!! Couldn`t find the unfiltered ACV at the supermarket and haven`t had time to find a health food shop yet so I bought the filtered ACV for now. It`s hard to remember to have a sip every morning, so I only got to do it twice but will try harder. And also, I did notice that I`m getting a few little scars from picking on the pimples on my chin. I can proudly say, today is the THIRD day I haven`t touched my chin and it looks so much better. All pharmacies I went to haven`t had the bellaboo blitz serum but will order online soon. Can only get better. Thanks again!!!

Try to touch your face as little as possible..so much dirt and germs are transferred from our hands to our faces. Remember to cleanse, tone and moisturise twice a day. Sometimes our skin is oily because it`s not getting enough moisture so our sebum goes into overdrive. Keep hydrated too!
    I agree girls! Hormones! Bah!

Wow, thanks for all the tips! I went to get the Tea Tree Blemish Stick yesterday. The pharmacy in my work area only has the Bellaboo Face Masks so I had to improvise and the supermarket there doesn`t have the cloudy apple cider vinegar so I gotta wait until I go shopping on the weekend. What a shame. I will def. try those toners from ehow. They sound great. I also go and try the manuka honey allthough I don`t like it when it gets sticky. But I`m ready to suffer for beauty as I haven`t been doing much for my skin for too long and I feel like I look pretty ugly because the chimples 🙂 are really dominating.

Thanks again to all of you for your input!!!

I would be careful using it on your skin, it`s pretty full on stuff! Taking internally is def great htough! 🙂

Hmm haven`t tried ACV on the skin but it`s been great internally, thanks for the tips ladies I`ll have to try it as a toner too!

Hi Fingerfood ACV is acidic and will dry out the skin if you use it too often so to be on the safe side, dilute it with green tea. Keep it in a bottle and it will last for 2 weeks! Green tea has many benefits for the skin, anti aging and such. Definitely give it ago =]

Another thing I like to do is to apply manuka honey to pimples for a few hours. It not only reduces the pimple, but helps to prevent the skin from scarring. (If you are naughty and pick pimples, like me.)

Fingerfood, I use ACV all over my face every second night, as a toner. It has natural acids derived from the apple content. It is quite strong, I actually have to shut my eyes because it makes them water. If it`s too strong for you, water can be added to dilute it. Here`s some toner recipes: http://www.ehow.com/how_4488179_make-apple-cider-vinegar-toner.html
