Will let you know when I get hold of it, and if you are happy with the A sheer by then I might be able to swap something with you, if not I will work something out, should be a couple of weeks at the most 🙂

All good it’s up to you! See how you go with everything 🙂

I know your experience with it makes it sound fantastic, which is why I am keen to try it, I like the serum but the cream is cheaper so I would like to give it a try, I defiantely wouldn’t use it at night, C is my daytime product, lol. I think for $10 extra it is worth it 🙂 I will be ording the kit in a few days time so it probably won’t be here until early next week, I will consider swapping it if you come up with a few ideas of things you don’t want of similar value also if within that time frame of a week, hell even a couple of weeks doesn’t matter to me, if you have success with it and want to continue using it. Otherwise I will just use it up the same as I am using up the Ultra A that I have nearly finished atm 🙂

Hmm…I would almost want to swap with you! But I haven’t tried my A Sheer yet so too soon to tell…I’d also have to figure out if I have anything worthy of swapping with you!

I can’t tell you how much I love the C Sheer – it kind of feels quite heavy going on – even though it’s not – kind of like how IZ feels heavy? But it is really so mattifying – and you can always just apply the IZ straight over the top – I’ve done this before.

I just heard back from her regarding the C Sheer and I might use it and see if I like it. For me to purchase the ESTS alone costs $68 so for an extra $10 I can get the kit and try the C, I don’t have anyone to swap the A with so figguered I would use it up for a month or so until I finish off my retinol and start on the retin A. Here is what the BT said:
    Hi Mel
With Vitamin C Cream the texture is heavier than a serum even the sheer version. So you may be more comfortable wearing it in the evening. Ultraceuticals have a cream because of they feel the high strength C is more stable in a cream formula than a serum. So I guess it all comes down to cosmetic formulation and for the customer the results and feel that they get.

True – but has your BT said to use the C Sheer? I just wouldn’t want to drop back on %, even if it was only every second night, it just seems pointless to me? I’d be swapping the A Sheer with someone if you still wanted the kit for the C Sheer as well? If your BT doesn’t think you should use C Sheer then I wouldn’t bother with it?

I am not dropping back, still using the same percentage retinol every second night and alternating with a lower one until I use up products that I have got or am getting then once the retinol is gone and dusted I will purchase the retin-a and only use that. I hate to see anything go to waste especially when it costs so much money, lol. The only reason I will be using the sheer A is because it is a bonus in the kit with the serum and C product that I am after rather than purchasing them individually I am better off going for the kit.

But mel I don’t understand why you’d drop back and start using a lower percentage retinol?

It is exactly the same as Retin-A from what I can see and you need a script from the doctor to purchase it 🙂

Try Obagi Tretinoin cream. It works amazingly well on me. Start from the 0.025 percent first…
