Oil Slick

So my hair is in desperate need of a wash but as per usual I dont have time to give it the attention I need. I usually would spray dry shampoo or give my hair a dust of baby powder to get rid of that oil slick feel however, I am entirely out of both! Can anyone suggest something which may help remove the oiliness for one more day?

Getting it out of your face is a start, also if you have a fringe or side fringe then it`s a good idea to flick it out of the way.
You could try products such as Aveda?
And if you use a heavy moisteriser, keep your hair out of the way.
I guess little stuff like these help!

Softness, that is hilarious! Couldn`t help but laugh.

My hair gets oily one and a half days after I wash it so I have to wash it everyday in order for it to look presentable. I`ve tried dry shampoo but went through it so quickly. Luckily winter is over so no more going to bed with damp hair and waking up with a horrid cold!

I love all those suggestions above and don`t worry you aren`t the only one who seems to be producing more oil than the arabs. I love my dry shampoo to tide me over an extra day if I don`t have time to wash. I`m so glad they invented that stuff.

Ooh, bi-carb soda haha, these home quick fixes sound good 🙂 My hair is so temperamental lately. I want to avoid overwashing it and it`s usually very clean the night before, but in the morning, it`s oily, but there isn`t enough time to wash! Too bad I have dark dark hair 🙁
    Long live dry shampoo!

Ok so i was searching thru my kitchen cupboards when i came across bi-carb soda…I thought I`d try a little sprinkle here and there and voila! Not as great as a dry shampoo but certainly did the trick to hide those long over dued need a wash oily roots. I wouldnt recommend using it oon really dark hair though
