Nivea body lotions

Ive never really needed to use a body lotion before as I find my body wash is moisturising enough- However my legs have got quite dry over the past couple of weeks and a work friend has suggested getting one of the Nivea body moisturisers – would you recomend them , if so which one ( I have seen about 3 or 4) or would you recomend something else?

I use the one in the dark blue bottle and i use it every morning after a shower and it works well. Its nice and thick and creamy as Elmo says but i dont find it too rich to use in the day and all the time

I use Nivea Smooth Care Lotion (the mid blue bottle) it`s for dry skin. It`s a bit greasy and takes a bit to absorb but when it does it`s great. I keep going back to it! Perhaps I`ll try one of the other ones next. Nivea has a great moisturiser line.

I love the nivea body lotions – have used them for years. It really all depends on how dry your skin is – generally there`s the white bottle, which is for normal skin (it`s a lovely light moisturiser, I often switch to it in summer coz my skin isn`t as dry then), there`s the dark blue bottle which is for dry skin – it`s very thick and creamy – takes a while to sink in – if I use this one I prefer to use it at night. The one imbetween which I`d prob recommend is the Nivea Smooth Skin lotion I think it`s called? It`s in a mid blue bottle, it`s really moisturising and makes your skin feel really smooth, but not too thick that it doesn`t sink in. There are heaps of brands out there, I could spend ages talking about different moisturisers, but I think if you want to stick to nivea, nivea is a great, cheap and effective, smell great too! 🙂
