Neutral / Highlighting eyeliner

Hey There,

I really like the new limited edition Mac shimmery eye liner – I get no kick.
However it costs $32 !

Not really wanting to spend that much on just a kohl eyeliner. So was wondering if anyone knows of any nice soft eyeliners that can be used on the water line and in the corners of your eyes for a brightening effect?

Not a stark white – as I already have those – but more shimmery neutral coloured…..and available to purchase from Australian stores?

That looks exactly like an NYX slim liner I have in a pink shade, but kid you not, it is not soft at all and it is impossible to get the colour payoff on your waterline, lol. Maybe look around for baby pink shades coz that is what came to my mind as soon as I saw that picture, but definitely needs to be something you can go and test out, I don’t know how many eyeliners I have purchased that look good colourwise but then they don’t give any colour out unless you press really hard, which doesn’t work for the waterline. Good luck looking forward to checking out any suggestions 🙂
