Need to look fro a good beautician/dayspa thing

Hello,

I’ve never had a facial done before so I’ve never really been to any beauty places.

I was wondering if there are any good recommendations around the Sydney CBD area???
I’d like to get my skin reviewed and for someone to tell me what’s wrong with my skin and what products I should try out and stuff.

I’ve never really been great with my skin, skincare products, make up and the sort so I’ve recently been trying out new products to see how I go.

I’ve got eczema so I first tried some organic products.. Avalon I think.. that went somewhat alright but I was still getting some congestion around the forehead here and there… then I went onto Dermalogica. It started out well but now it’s just horrible… my face is all well .. screwed up I guess.

So I guess I’ll leave it up to the pros this time. 🙂

I don`t know if you guys have Katrinas down your way? I know they`re all trained in the same way so no matter which of their salons you go to you`ll always have the same wonderful experience.

There are a few Ella Rouge salons throughout the city – they are very good!

    I really love Endota Spa.

I`ve had a bad experience at an Ella Bache salon, but thats in Melbourne so perhaps the Sydney ones might be better.

If your ever in the blue mountains are, Hazelbrook has a wonderful beauty therapy! I have tried a few other places but none where as good. They use dermalogica only and show you a map like thing of your face and/or body and the best treatments for each section. There facials are amazing!

Its a good idea, I had a skin assessment along with a facial recently and I came away knowing exactly what I need to use on my skin, and it is looking heaps better, nice and simple rather that needing to use so many products, lol. You won`t regret it, I should have had it done years ago, it would have saved me heaps of money on non-effective skincare, lol.
Anyway sorry I can`t help you I live in Qld, but mabey you could check the destination bliss thread, could be some Sydneysiders around, good luck let us know how you get on 🙂
