PipSqueak like PinkDiva said it`s $80 for your makeup session but you do get 2 redeem it on products on the day. Well worth it I think (i`m biased though as i like many Napoleon products!) StyleQueen`s suggestion 2 check out their site is a gr8 idea so that u have an idea of what products they have & what u might like.

Hi ladies, I think Napoleon Perdis now charges $80 for a makeover, fully redeemable on products.
If you are unsure of makeup for formal, perhaps you can have a trial makeover with them – it is a great way to redeem it on products if you need them too!
Basically, let the makeup artist know what YOU want…light, natural coverage / fuller coverage… a natural look / dramatic look, I want to use blues / pinks, etc and give them feedback as they go along. Good luck xx -

Hi Aussie gal25, i`ve had my makeup done a few times 4 special events by the NP makeup artists and have never been unhappy with the result. They listen to what look you would like and if your not sure they can create one for you, i`ve let them do my makeup how they thought would suit best & the end result was great & different 2 my usual style. I don`t think you need to worry about looking like a cake face, like Billywig93 said they will do whatever you like you just need 2 tell them. At least when they do your makeup it lasts & you don`t need 2 worry about it sliding off.. Mines lasted through whole concerts, dinners, interviews all sorts of occasions & i haven`t had a problem yet! They have different types of foundations that give different coverage so you could chat with them about which would be suited 2 you the best, you could even go in b4 the day & ask them about the foundation types, do a quick match up/test 2 see if your happy with it. At least then u know what 2 expect & don`t have 2 worry about the cake face look 🙂 Whatever you choose i hope that you have a gr8 formal!

Yeah, definitely.
Maybe if you just say something to them before they start, they`ll understand. You`re the customer, and they`ll do their best to make sure that you`re happy with the work that they do.
If you just let them know that you`re after `a more natural look`, or something along those lines, they`ll take that into consideration.

Thanks Billywig im nervous enough about the formal as it is and though i do like Napoleon perdis products i just had to be sure i wouldnt come out looking like a cake face. Would defiently not be a good thing, but i think i will give them a go their professionals after all!

I`ve had a few Napoleon make-up artists do my make-up, and they`ve been great. Obviously skilled, I`ve always been very very happy with the work that they`ve done. And not only that, they`re friendly and chatty as well, which is great!
Hope you have a great formal, I`m sure you`ll look gorgeous!
