My trial team review not posted

Hi BH

I mentioned this on another thread in the Techie forum yesterday. My trial team review for Plunkett’s wrinkle filler was completed last weekend and it is still not on the BH site. Am concerned as other trial team reviews have been posted. I also did a review for Plunkett’s collagen moisturiser which is not on BH at the same time I did the wrinkle filler review.

Would someone please check what has happened? I would hate that BH has not received these reviews and others that I have recently done especially as I want to stay on the trial team.

I just checked and we have the Plunkett’s advanced collagen moisturiser review but that the only Plunkett’s review we have received. Would you like to re-submit? If you do re-send it, let me know so I can check we receive it. Thanks 🙂

Thanks for your post. I have been in touch with Carli and have resubmitted my review. Unfortunately I had to rewrite it and I hadn’t kept the box with information that I used for my first review so I was not as happy with the rewritten review, however I think my main points were covered.

It is strange that you didn’t get the review as I completed it first, submitted it and then wrote the collagen moisturiser review straight after. Weird?

I think you get a chance to be on the Trial Team once you hit Turquoise (not 100% about this; it may be purple). Then you get invitations via email from BH based on your profile. Usually there is an age range required. Sometimes, Carli will post a message on the BH Trial Team thread asking for anyone to respond to a possible trial with specific questions. So keep a look out on that thread.

^^ I’m in the same boat – my review was for the John Plunkett Wrinkle Filler trial team also, and I would hate BH to think I hadn’t submitted it. The last time I was able to view the reviews page for it, there were about 10 reviews up, but mine wasn’t there, so you’re not alone!

I’m not too worried though, as the review is showing up under “My Reviews” and has the date it was submitted at the bottom, so there is ‘evidence’ that it was submitted, even though it doesn’t seem to have been posted.

PS: Just checked my reviews and the wrinkle filler review is not there but the collagen moisturiser is there which is odd because I did both reviews consecutively last Saturday!

Thanks for your input girls. I understand that BH are having some technical difficulties and backlog but I want to ensure that BH knows I have posted several product reviews and would hate not to continue to be on the trial team. As you say, Jatz, it is probably just a temporary hitch.

Definitely some technical issues happening.
Maybe they have lots of reviews to be checked Roxy, before they are put on. I do remember someone last year had the same problem and eventually they came on.

I don’t think mine is up either, although I am unable to successfully view the page at the moment. I’m presuming there are some technical difficulties happening.
