My daughters eyebrows

Has anyone had permanent hair removal done on their eyebrows. My daughter has the most beautiful eyes, lashes, and even the brows are great (you know the perfect arch), just that they meet in the middle. Her father has the most horrible mono, but getting him into a wax shop would be akin to getting him to clean the windows (never going to happen) Would like to know best method, have done waxing which helps for maybe 3 weeks, so would like something more permanent, which hopefully won’t cost the earth. Thanks

I’d wax as well it is painless and gives a relatively long lasting result.

I would wax and tweeze. Nads have a brow wand that helps make waxing them easy if you want to DIY.

Waxing really is the best method. You only have to get it done once if you up keep the area, all you have to do is tweeze when you see a hair popping up again with some pretty good quality tweezers. QVS is cheap and do some great ones you can find them at kmart and target

I was taught by an excellent beautician how to wax inbetween my brows. I think this is the best option. Good luck!

I’m no expert but I would probably avoid laser on the face.

I have a male friend who gets laser on his facial hair and he says the recovery time for him is quite long, the pain is enough to make him actually cry and he is left with a lot of redness.

Perhaps you could ask around at salons and see if you can pay for a little waxing class for yourself or your daughter so you can do it at home if you don’t already and Sezaluke is right on the money if you ask me.. a good pair of tweezers, clean mirror in a really well lit area and you can pretty much pluck the hairs away until the skin is completely smooth, you can also pluck everyday if there are a few stray hairs and it only takes a minute.

laser on the face doesnt need to be avoided its great for cell rejeuvation and things like that, just from experience with working with laser etc i’ve need seen it used for unwanted eyebrow hair! but its fabulous for underarms, bikinis, leg etc!

HI, i dont think laser would be good between the eyebrows as the head of the laser isnt delicate enough for such a little area, you could ask around at places that do it but i’ve never heard of having it done since it removal of whole areas not little strips! i find just tweezing the free stray hairs to work better for me then waxing. Goodluck
