Oh My Gosh! I am sitting here with putting Vegemite over a KILLER mouth ulcer and I am nearly paralysed by the pain! UGH! Any other remedies?

BOnjela is good to help numb it, otherwise its difficult to eat
Try a medicated product called SM43. It completely numbs the mouth and helps heal the ulcer quickly. Tastes foul though..
