Motivation for healthy eating and/or weightloss

hey everyone 🙂
This is a thread for those that might want a little bit of motivation to start or get back into healthy habits such as eating well and exercising. I needed some motivation too but i bet with the help of bh members, a healthy start would be great!

    I think stuffs that u take such as bodytrim or slim, or replacement shakes make u lose weight quick, but, once u stop or have a break from it and have real food, you would have gained the weights that u lost again, because honestly i think it is not real food. This is just my opinion…

    I have lost about 7-8 kgs slowly, within 6-8 months and i find that’s the healthiest, plus u wouldnt gain the weight just because of ur cheat days, which is to eat all u want. I exercise but also eat whatever i want (think Reese’s peanut butter cup, cakes that i made, chips), whatever, as long as it is in small quantity. When i make these kinds of conscious choice of my food, i feel better and in control and then i can stop myself from over-indulging. Good luck to everyone who wants to lose the kilos

    oh really? well i have the kit, and although they say you dont have to focus on exercise that much i still think its an important factor to weigtloss. so athough im goin to go by the eating plan, i will exercise the way i want to, which is toning up and stuff. but thanks for the info and congrats to your weightloss 🙂

    its been a while since replying to this thread, but after my major exams i have gained some kilos that i need to lose! i actually bought body trim as i thought the reference guide had really good looking recipes as well as scientific insights into the foods we eat. to me this made sense so i have just started it today lol. has anyone tried or heard of body trim?

    hi yeah i did bodytrim and went from 12kg in 8 weeks but as soon as u stop the weight gains just as quickly as u lose it so u have to be commited to it forever n who never wants to eat carbs or ice cream even though there is a free day its still hard but it does work i was just a bit lazy in continuing

    I havent played it yet I have been too busy!

    I have so many fitness and exercise things available to me that its impossible to do all of them every week so some things get left on the wayside for a while.

    OMG, I just read back and noticed you got the Wii “Just Dance” game for Christmas. I am so jealous, PPP! My cousin got it for Christmas, too. It was soo much FUN! Plus I was super stoked as I beat both my cousin and sisters at it. I hardly ever win on computer games, but dancing is something I can do! Hehe. I still can’t believe I thrashed them all winning all 5 dances in the last round, plus they are all younger/fitter then me! Yay me! : D

    Yeah, it is kinda! Lol! I’m glad to see some more fellow sushi fans! : ) Some of my friends are not yet convinced about sushi…or chai lattes for that matter. They don’t know what they are missing out on! Lol! : D

    me too. every time I go shopping I have to have a chai latte with soy and usually grab about 3 sushi rolls. I used to get the large cup, then went down to a regular but now I’m drinking a small cup. Small changes like that over a year can make a huge difference and make you drop off the kilos.

    PPP, I so have similar taste to you. If I get takeaway during the day, it’s a chai latte with skim milk and/or 3 sushi rolls for me, too. Yum! : )
